*To be eligible for any of the above promotions ALL of the following terms & conditions apply:
- You must fully fill out the rental preferences questionnaire
- You must sign minimum 12-month contract
- Only properties listed on SIAMHOMESOURCE website will be eligible for promotional items
- You will receive your complimentary house warming gift 30-days after paying your initial deposit and 1st months rent
